Syntagma Square

In Greek : Πλατεία Συντάγματος (correct me if I am wrong !)
Recently I was in one of the most important and amazing cities in Europe : Athens.
It was a blast ! Culture, food, people... Everything (and everyone) was great !

So I will upload some stuff about this trip.

Syntagma is the word for Constitution in Greek. It refers to the Constitution granted by Otto of Greece
after the great uprising of 1843. The square itself was a recent construction : it was made in 1834 shortly
after the capital had been transferred from the Peloponnesian city of Nafplio.

Today, the square remains a central location for protests as the Greeks can painly testify...
